Tanya speaks encouragement and life to people and relationships that have been strained by addiction and other barriers to connection. She is the host of the Sober on Purpose Podcast. She was also diagnosed with ADHD with is SO neat because I have that as well.
Here, we talked about connecting with God, fighting the problem and not the person in relationship struggles, and being patient with yourself.
This episode was recorded a while ago, and I am SO glad it's out now! The best REALLY is yet to come. :)
