This week on Xtreme Lyfe I talk to my friend and Kickboxing Champ Jennie Nedell. Jennie is the NY State and Intercontinental kickboxing champ and is officially retiring from professional kickboxing after her fight against Soledad Zepata on February 5, 2022. This is going to be a brawl as Jennie is one of the toughest fighters I know and Zapata is hungry to take Jennies title. This is a great conversation and a must see interview as every fighter faces this decision at some point and it is a hard choice to make. After 21 years of fighting which is an insane amount of time to be active in the fight game it is just time according to Jennie but she will still be training others at LAW MMA with Legendary striking coach Ray Longo.
