Microsoft has announced that they are acquiring Activision-Blizzard in an all-cash deal valued at an estimated $69B. This will bring titles like Call of Duty, World of Warcraft, Diablo, and Overwatch under the Microsoft Gaming umbrella, and adds nine new studios to the Microsoft Game Studios family.
