Sony has struggled with their cross-gen approach since the launch of the PlayStation 5, but this week's Horizon Forbidden West misstep takes the cake. Now that the company has backtracked, offering free Horizon Forbidden West upgrades from PS4 to PS5 for players, all future cross-gen titles will cost $10 to upgrade. With Xbox Smart Delivery simplifying the way that players upgrade to next-gen, PlayStation has a Smart Delivery problem that they have to address.
