We often celebrate the great agile leaders that make impressive breakthroughs in product and customer markets. We look to the best in our industry and draw inspiration from their words, actions, and remarkable ability to create resilient, effective organizations in the face of adversity.


That said, we should also take time out to identify poor leadership and explore the consequences of that style of leadership. In many ways, there is a lot to learn from those who have truly dropped the ball and failed their teams, organization, and customers in every way.
