The X-Forces Enterprise team have produced a series of podcasts dedicated to the men and women of the armed forces community who have followed their dreams and made a success of civilian life. They will tell you about some of the incredible experiences they have had and the difficulties they have overcome to achieve their goals. They will also share their tips on how they have achieved their own successes and some of the mistakes they made along the way. You will also hear from CEO Ren Kapur, who talks about why she started X-Forces and how others can benefit from the opportunities provided by the government, charity and enterprise partners we work with.
