With primitive 3D shapes as base models, TinkerCAD is visually intuitive and geared toward the beginner 3D print designer. Tom and Tracy Hazzard dive into the fact that although TinkerCAD is geared for beginners, it might not be basic and beginner level enough for younger elementary age students as THE starting point for CAD design.
