In this episode, we discussed how each of us copes with the intense and ever-changing energies. Having recently just moving through 7 planets in retrograde and  a Super Blue Moon, not to mention the ever-increasing Ascension energies things may be feeling off and you may be experiencing overwhelm, exhaustion, frustration, rage and pretty much anything else! We decided to record this episode and get it out (as these energies are still all in effect, including the moon) as support and to let everyone know they are not alone in this! It was a great discussion and provided insights into ways that we all navigate the energies. Take what resonates for you there is no one-size-fits-all!
