We started out this conversation by leaving it open to the Universe as to what we were going to speak about. Diane did a card pull from he Matt Kahn deck and it did not disappoint!
The card was about sharing shame ... which lead to a great conversation about why when we share our shame we empower ourselves. This also led to a great discussion on how conditioning takes us away from owning our power! I know I will be processing some of the huge A-HA moments from this episode!
