Have you ever sat with someone while they processed hard emotions? In this episode, we talk about how holding space for someone who is processing challenging emotions such as grief or sadness and is OK with not being OK. Meaning they are allowing these emotions to move through and are not looking for support or help with it they are OK... just grieving or processing the sadness. This can be challenging to witness as we often want to jump in and fix or we feel they should be not OK with the feelings. But what they are doing is the healthiest thing they can do and giving them the grace and space to do it can bring up stuff within ourselves.
