Card Pull ... leave it up to the Divine!

And oh the Divine did not disappoint! A couple of cards were pulled which led to a great discussion on emotions. 

The discussion landed and centred around allowing and giving ourselves grace and space to process our more challenging emotions. Specifically, we had a very candid conversation about working through grief. The episode left all of us processing and QUIET (so you know it was a thought-provoking one!)
