Bill Gates project “Mosquito Machine Gun”!?!

According to various news sources, Bill Gates has a new project, or could it be an old project, either way seems mosquitoes are being used to research on human beings, and it’s looking like it could be funded by Bill Gates! In Baltimore after a jazz concert this week, after a helicopter hoovered, the whole arena was swarmed outdoors with thousands of mosquitoes could this be a Bill Gates Project? What does prophecy in the Bible look like then versus now, & does Bill Gates name have any reference to the BEAST referenced in Revelation 13:16-18? What are we looking at here and do people agree with having mosquitoes released into their atmosphere? Possibly causing irreparable harm? What is this really about?
