Roman Reigns (c) (with Paul Heyman) retained over Jey Uso (in due part caused by the betrayal of his brother Jimmy) in Tribal Combat to remain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship and recognition of Tribal Chief at SummerSlam.
Plus, Logan Paul emerged victorious against Ricochet in a hard-fought contest. Cody Rhodes secured an impressive win over Brock Lesnar, putting him back on track to another eventual battle with the Tribal Chief.
LA Knight emerged as the last person standing in a competitive match, eliminating Sheamus to claim victory in the Slim Jim Battle Royal.
In a MMA Rules match Shayna Baszler managed to defeat Ronda Rousey via technical submission. This match left a lot to be desired.
Gunther successfully defended his WWE Intercontinental Championship by defeating Drew McIntyre in a physical encounter. Gunther is nearing the longest IC title reign held by the Honkytonk Man.
Seth "Freakin" Rollins proved his dominance by retaining the World Heavyweight Championship against Finn Bálor in an epic battle. Judgment Day interference backfired which will no doubt fuel more infighting with Balor and Priest.
In a stunning turn of events, Bianca Belair emerged victorious over Asuka and Charlotte Flair to become the NEW WWE Women's Champion. However, her celebration was short-lived as Iyo Sky cashed in her Money in the Bank briefcase to capture the title, leaving Summerslam as the NEW WWE Women's Champion. Iyo and Bianca should pair up for a title feud and Asuka and Charlotte should start a program coming up.
