After arguments way back in November, the Wisconsin Supreme Court finally issued a ruling this week, deciding that Democratic Gov. Tony Evers overstepped his authority in declaring multiple states of emergency related to the COVID-19 pandemic without input from the GOP-controlled state Legislature.
