As pastors, we are in the people development business.

Practice is what happens before rehearsal. Practice is where you prepare your part and prepare your heart. Rehearsal is where we put the pieces together.

At some point in your ministry you will find there is someone under your leadership who is more anointed than you are. Learn to lead them well.
