Professor Erwin Schwella has a Ph.D. in Public Administration, serves as an Emeritus Professor of Public Leadership at the University of Stellenbosch and the Law School of Tilburg University in the Netherlands. He is currently the founding Dean of the School of Social Innovation at Huguenot College. He often advises all spheres of South African governance and has consulted with international, national executives and governance institutions. The professor has also written numerous articles and books dealing with the issues of public governance.
