Today’s woman grew up with a grandmother that spoke Spanish. As a child, it looked to her like this was a secret code her grandmother used to communicate. This early exposure to a foreign language captured her interest in academics. As a young adult, she thought her destiny was to be a professor.  However, while on the tenure track, she realized academics was not where she was supposed to be. Instead, being an entrepreneur was to be her path. But her interest in language never disappeared and she began to focus on the words women and men used. Today she is an executive communication coach who teaches others how to get buy in for their ideas and programs. It is my pleasure to introduce you to Laura Sicola.
