The UN flag is flying at half mast today in memory of the United Nations personnel killed in the crash of Ethiopian Airlines flight ET302. In Ethiopia, Monday has been declared as a national day of mourning. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres’s expressed his condolences last night.
It's a otherbusy day at the Human Rights Council with debates with Council-appointed rights experts called Special Rapporteurs on DPRK, Myanmar, Iran and Eritrea. Tomorrow there’s further debates on South Sudan, Syria & Burundi.
