Veteran UK politician Lord David Owen talks to Michael McKay. Lord Owen is a former UK foreign secretary - at the time one of the youngest Foreign Secretaries at 38 years old. In 1983 he caused a political split by forming the Social Democratic Party. He talks to Michael about modern politics and world affair - and of course Brexit, which he supports.
