McKay Interview: Dominique De Buman, former president of the Swiss National Council

Michael McKay's first interview after the summer break is with Dominique du Buman. Until recently, he held a very important position often considered the highest ranking representative of the Swiss federal state, but not head of state. In the official order of precedence, he ranked behind the members – the 7 members - of the Federal Council; a sort of “first citizen”.
