The Geneva based European Broadcasting Union is at the centre of changes being demanded by TV and radio stations across the continent as they adjust to audience demands and how to make programmes while keeping to all the rules.

Matthew Trustram, head of television at the EBU spoke to Mark Butcher about how his life has changed.
