EP 11: Secrets from Strangers: Life Changing Lessons I Learned Through a Valuable Perspective written by Timothy A. Natale

Secrets from Strangers is my second book.  I wrote this book after having a few life-changing encounters with complete strangers.  Long story short, I was medically discharged from the United States Army in 2016 after I injured my spine, and honestly, after my injury, my life was turned upside down.  The perspective I share in this book is the mindset that nearly saved my life.  I realized that despite how difficult my disability has been, it has allowed me to slow my life down enough to soak more in along the way.  It has allowed me to have conversations and encounters with people I otherwise would have never had.  There are 18 “secrets” that I share in this book, from 18 encounters I have had with complete strangers, which share inspiring lessons to challenge the reader to change the way they think, face obstacles, and live their lives.  My goal with this book is to help people overcome the obstacles they face, find more happiness in how they live and to be open to new experiences through sharing these “secrets I learned”.
