As it's Mental Health Awareness Week, this week in the guest chair we have Shanley Lewis, Assistant Psychologist, Self-Care Coach and Founder of Good To Me UK, a platform, community and subscription service providing solutions to support the practice of self-care.

We also talk about the importance of taking care of your wellbeing in your work life, identifying the symptoms of burnout and knowing when to pause and how to pause so that you can recover better.
