I am back with my first solo episode. COVID-19 has hit the world by a storm and since we are all uniquely different, how we process our current reality differ based on the individual. For me, productivity helps to keep me sane and in this episode I am sharing some of the things you can do to maintain momentum, if like me, you want to remain productive or feel like you need to use productivity as a coping mechanism. If you need time to process what is happening, please know that one is not better than the other- do what feels good for you.
