They start of the show by simultaneously reviewing last weeks episode with Navy Seal Sean Day while at the same time talking about the world of professional wrestling. The gang then go full tilt on pro wrestling and eventually get into a heated debate about the popularity of wrestling in the 90's. After that Strong Stem Steve shares a story about a trip to an Italian restaurant in south Philly. The team moves on to discover Diana's love for limp bizkit.
