An interesting episode for me as I explore the impact a Toxic Boss can have on their team and the business along with why, how and when my own Toxic Boss style would have been amped up, with a quick look at the role C-PTSD plays on all sides of this table.  Of course, I offer only one lens on a subject that deserves a far deeper review of it. 

I'd like to throw my hat in that ring and suggest.... undiagnosed C-PTSD be considered.
