Goal setting can be overwhelming and can also lead to us failing if we aren't careful. Last year, I tried out the 21 for 2021 goal setting plan where you set 21 goals for 2021. I loved it so much I'm doing it again this year with the 22 for 2022! I love this method of goal setting because you can include a lot of smaller goals that you likely wouldn't include if you were doing "traditional" large-scale goal setting, and it's just a lot of fun! In this episode, I'm sharing the goals I set for 2021 (and whether I met them or not) and my new goals for 2022!
