RELEASED

In this week's edition of 'Words of Life'...

COVID-19: an acute 'pandemic' (issue/disease affecting a wide variety of populations) causing varying feelings of restriction, constraint, limitation, and/or confinement.

Scripture in Context...
Apostle Paul addresses (with concern) a young congregation about the importance of a proper mindset amidst the varied, tempting surroundings in which he planted this Colossian church. Seemingly infected with varying heresies and religious rituals which were not required or requested, Paul encourages them that they mustn't bind themselves to such when JESUS had procured their release with HIS atoning sacrifice.

The young church was guilty of perpetuating an 'institutionalized' mindset, choosing to remain within the symbolic doors of religious 'lockdown', although an open door (JESUS) invited their active steps towards liberty and freedom.

Just as Paul challenged and encouraged this young congregation @ Colosse, the challenge for us this week remains...

'Have 'you' identified that which causes 'you' to struggle, fail or even remain restricted (limited) by, in regards to the spiritual maturity or progression GOD expects from each of us?'

Everyone - and I do mean EVERYONE... has 'tendencies.'

Know thyself - GOD does.
