We are in the 4th week of our Walk Thru Revelation...And as we watch wave after wave of incomprehensible Wrath and Judgment...Poured out upon the earth in this 7 Years of Tribulation like no other...
We MUST stop for a moment...And see these Events in their context of what God is doing and why! In order for us to get the full meaning and impact of all we are hearing! In order for us to see the True Nature of God in all that is occurring!
God Created this world to be a perfect place of love, excitement, fellowship and joy... For us to have dominion over…And share intimacy with Him and one another!
 
He has watched as we have turned farther and farther away from Him... And given His Kingdom to another! Left His Plans… Left His Ways... Rejected the One Who Gave all of this to us...Rejected the One Who Loves us more then His Own Life...Stopped trusting and believing anything HE says is good! Taking what was given and using it selfishly... Hurting others to get what we want in hellishly evil ways...Trying to literally remove any mention of His very existence in His Own Creation...And HE has been a Personal witness to every violent, demented, dark...Murder, rape, child-molestation, torture, and abuse ever committed...Every innocent person ever victimized...Every believer ever martyred for loving Him.
 
He has watched... And waited... Until the world has worked itself into an irreversible frenzy! Unable to come back from the unholy corruption it has become...Leaving nothing but miserable self-destruction...As we eat ourselves alive in our own narcissistic, self-loving insanity! He waited... And suffered through the Pain...BECAUSE… HE would not MISS ONE PERSON...
Who might still choose Him for eternity!!
 
2 Peter 3:9-10 (NKJV)
9  The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. 10  But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.
 
If Christ had returned just 10 years ago...How many here would not be in Eternity with us soon?! He has waited… Because His very Nature causes Him to be Heart-broken…Over having to bring death to even the worst of sinners...
 
Ezekiel 18:23 (NKJV)
23  Do I have any pleasure at all that the wicked should die?" says the Lord GOD, "and not that he should turn from his ways and live?
 
He has waited in Mercy and Sovereign Wisdom...For the last possible “Point of no return!”…As those done wrong... Those suffering...Have cried out for Him to bring JUSTICE for centuries!! And here... In the end... As WE OURSELVES SEE the entire world... In the last stages of rebellion...And exponentially growing evil and rejection of HIM!
 
And FINALLY... When God sees there is no more good which can come from having Mercy for one more day...He steps into the world and brings the long-awaited Justice and Vengeance which has been building for centuries...
 
But EVEN THIS long awaited Punishment to come…WAS ALREADY TAKEN literally upon Himself...So this Wrath would not have to be placed on OUR guilty! If even now... We would just return to Him and change our hearts! And the long awaited Vengeance which has been rightfully prayed for…By countless millions done wrong because of Him…He has kept every prayer... Every tear...


Because no one in existence has waited with more Agony and Anticipation...To stop those hurting His Beloveds...To take back what was stolen from Him... And His Loved Ones...To bring Justice for all who hate, hurts and mock…Him and us...And now... This Time has FINALLY COME...So the question absolutely is NOT...


"How could a Loving God do these things?!"
 
The only question is... "How could such a Holy and Loving God…Even have been able to wait so long before doing them?!
 
Thus far... The opening of the Seven Seals have brought...The Anti-Christ into popularity with a False Promise of Peace...Instead bringing a War which has devastated the globe...With starvation, thirst, disease and wild animals...Bringing a death toll of over 2 billion souls…(26 times the total number of deaths in WWII)!
 
God marked and sealed 144,000 Jews from the Tribes of Israel…To evangelize those even in the midst of the devastation... With Hope! And MANY RESPONDED... Seemingly by the millions...Being hated, mocked, tortured and murdered for their faith...Resulting in countless multitudes already in Heaven awaiting vengeance...
 
And then there was SILENCE in Heaven for half an hour...
 
As all the hosts of Heaven stood and watched…The mixing of the very prayers of the saints in the Tribulation... Prayers for Vengeance and Justice...With Fire from the very Altar of God... Placing them in a Golden Censer... And at the Sounding of the FIRST TRUMPET...Casting it to earth in Judgment... On their behalf! Burning up 1/3 of the grass and trees on the whole earth...Crushing people, buildings and nature with large hail...
 
And in the midst of this Judgment... Raining down literal BLOOD...As poetic justice for the blood they had lusted after... Killing His saints!
 
NOW... IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THIS FIRST TRUMPET...WE CONTINUE IN OUR LOOK AT THESE HORRIBLE EVENTS!
 
And remember again... NOT ONE THING IN SCRIPTURE IS WITHOUT PURPOSE...Notice the First Judgment which came as an answer to the PRAYERS FOR VENGEANCE by the Martyrs of the Tribulation...And those we will now read which follow...ALL LITERALLY EFFECT 1/3 OF THE EARTH EACH TIME! A very specific 1/3 location of the earth!!
 
It seems very reasonable this RATIO is directly linked to the Vengeance of the Saints somehow! Personal Considerations:Could it be that 1/3 of the population remaining after the 2 billion died... Had turned and been martyred?
 
 What I personally believe... This was the WORST AND MOST BRUTAL…1/3 OF THE EARTH...In murdering and persecuting the Christians? Therefore...They receive the First & Worst Wrath thus far...On behalf of the martyrs which THEY played the biggest role in murdering! Leaving other areas even more time and reason to repent?!
 
Listen now... To the continuation of the Judgments…Which started with the Censer filled with the BLOOD OF THE SAINTS... In the Blowing of the SECOND TRUMP!
 
Revelation 8:8-9 (NKJV)
8  Then the second angel sounded: And something like a great mountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea, and a third of the sea became blood. 9  And a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.
 
Again... Sadly I have read many scholars who come up with great and elaborate tales of what these things could represent figuratively...BUT NOTHING in this text even hints that these Words...ARE ANYTHING BUT LITERAL DESCRIPTIONS!
 
John does say this object was "LIKE" a burning mountain... In appearance...
Meaning NOT an actual burning mountain... But a simile of resemblance...So a large piece of burning ROCK crashes into the ocean! This seems so probable of a huge blazing meteorite falling to the earth!
 
FIRST - Note that the Second Trumpet... As with the First...Literally involves BLOOD once again! (Revealing God's intended JUSTICE!)
 
ONE- This "blood sea" may be the result of nutrient changes and warmer ocean temperatures brought by catastrophe...Growing blooms of algae into "Red Tides"
Which are deadly to surrounding sea life!
 
TWO- Or it may very well be literal BLOOD... Just as in the days of Moses and Pharaoh in Egypt!
 
Either way... The result is the death of ALL SEA LIFE in one third of the oceans! Can you possibly imagine the resulting stench, unsanitary conditions, and increasing starvation...Of every living creature in 1/3 of the oceans dying?!
Rotting on the water and on the shores of the land?!
 
The resulting tsunamis which would branch from this event...Would kill countless hundreds of thousands more...And the violence of these waves will destroy all of the ships in this particular sea...1/3 of all ships on the oceans or in harbor at that time!!
80% of International trade is done by sea...*10.7 billion tons of food & merchandise moving annually... *There are over 93,000 ships for JUST commercial use in world... *Counting all types... Millions on the oceans and in harbors!

World trade would be devastated...Loss of life from the destroyed ships... Tsunamis... And extended food shortages staggering! And the literal disgust and sickness from sea-creature deaths unimaginable!
 
All brought to a world which is already struggling with food, water and disease... Already in social chaos!
 
Do you begin to see how the world will embrace ANYONE as a SAVIOR… Who can give them HOPE?
 
Then... The Third Trumpet brought about by the blood of the Martyrs from God's Altar of Judgment!
 
Revelation 8:10-11 (NKJV)
10  Then the third angel sounded: And a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water. 11  The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the water, because it was made bitter.
 
This star is described differently from the last...It is seen simply as a burning torch from John's perspective! Possibly another meteorite? Or very possibly the first century description of a missile attack... (Nuclear, biological, etc.)
 
Potentially in response to these previous unsure events...Or in taking advantage of the chaos? "Wormwood" literally means "BITTER WATER" Note: The Russian word for Wormwood is "Chernobyl!'
 
Whether from the effects of contaminants from meteorites...Or biological or radioactive fallout from mankind's own hand...One third of the sources of fresh water on the planet become poisonous! And since most are already suffering from water shortages...Many drink it in desperation and ignorance...Resulting in another area of mounting death tolls!
 
Again... All seemingly concentrated on one portion…Of the earth's population! But with results felt catastrophically around the globe! And almost surely as a result of these meteorites and/or missile impacts...
 
We see the effects of the FOURTH TRUMPET!
 
Revelation 8:12-13 (NKJV)
12  Then the fourth angel sounded: And a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them were darkened. A third of the day did not shine, and likewise the night. 13  And I looked, and I heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, "Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the remaining blasts of the trumpet of the three angels who are about to sound!"
 
The Greek word for "darkened" here does not mean shortened...But shielded... Covered or blocked...It is used in Romans 11:10…To describe EYES being darkened! A covering of the sky so that the light shone is much darker...And the days see light later... And grow dark quicker in evening! And nights are probably cloaked in pitch black!
 
So this area or areas of the earth...As a seemingly direct result of Judgments…
On behalf of the martyrs' prayers...Is left in death, thirst, loss of merchandise and food, grotesque filth from massive sea death, ruins, contamination, and great darkness…After these Trumpet blasts! Every sustenance and comfort taken away swiftly and totally!
 
JUST AS HAD BEEN DONE TO MANY MARTYRS!
 
Get this... And after ALL OF THIS... An ANGEL flies through Heaven exclaiming, "Woe, woe, woe!"...  For the remaining 3 Trumps yet to come!!
 
The Greek word is ouai (oo-ah'-ee)...Used as an expression of great grief & trouble... "Woe to the man who..."
 
Because the NEXT THREE TRUMPS will cause extreme physical suffering...
Followed by a death toll to the human population...MATCHING the percentage of the earth's recent devastation! REMEMBER... Thus far... These Judgments seem to strike a select area of the earth in worse magnitude... Warning the rest of mankind!
 
THE FIFTH TRUMP SOUNDS!
 
Revelation 9:1-1 (NKJV)
1  Then the fifth angel sounded: And I saw a star fallen from heaven to the earth. To him was given the key to the bottomless pit.
 
This star is NOT a natural OR manmade object...BUT AN ANGELIC CREATURE!
Because it is identified with the pronoun of "HE"...And HE holds a key... Which HE uses!
 
It is not clearly stated whether this is an angel of God…Or a fallen angel under Satan... But the text gives strong clues! Because rather than saying something to the effect of..."An angel came down from Heaven..."  The Greek language uses the word "FALLEN"...And uses the word FALLEN in the perfect participle active tense... "A star which HAVING FALLEN..."  Indicating the angel HAD FALLEN PREVIOUS to the time he was given the key to the pit!
 
In any case... This angel is given Divine Authority to release whatever creatures are bound in this bottomless pit upon the earth!
 
Revelation 9:2-12 (NKJV)
2  And he opened the bottomless pit, and smoke arose out of the pit like the smoke of a great furnace. So the sun and the air were darkened because of the smoke of the pit. 3  Then out of the smoke locusts came upon the earth. And to them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. 4  They were commanded not to harm the grass of the earth, or any green thing, or any tree, but only those men who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads. 5  And they were not given authority to kill them, but to torment them for five months. Their torment was like the torment of a scorpion when it strikes a man. 6  In those days men will seek death and will not find it; they will desire to die, and death will flee from them. 7  The shape of the locusts was like horses prepared for battle. On their heads were crowns of something like gold, and their faces were like the faces of men. 8  They had hair like women's hair, and their teeth were like lions' teeth. 9  And they had breastplates like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots with many horses running into battle. 10  They had tails like scorpions, and there were stings in their tails. Their power was to hurt men five months. 11  And they had as king over them the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, but in Greek he has the name Apollyon. 12  One woe is past. Behold, still two more woes are coming after these things.
 
I am convinced these are NOT simply mutated locusts...BUT LITERAL, HORRID MANIFESTATIONS OF DEMONS!
 
EVIDENCE:
 
ONE- The word used for where they are held is…Abussos (ab'-us-sos)...Meaning: abyss, the deep, bottomless pit...It is the exact word used by Jesus Himself in Luke 8:31 When the demons are begging not to be sent to imprisonment...
It is the same word used in Revelation 11:7, 17:8, 20:1... Describing where "the Beast" ascended from... And where Satan will be cast into for 1000yrs...So this is a definite place for demonic captivity!
 
TWO- They were given...COMMANDS...  AUTHORITY...
 
THREE- THEY HAD A KING OVER THEM... WHO WAS ALSO A DEMON!
 
Abaddon in Hebrew / Apollyon in Greek... Meaning Destroyer!This is probably NOT Satan... But one of his henchmen in charge...Because Satan is not in the pit at this time of the Tribulation! And probably would have referred him as "the Dragon"!
 
Also… This in no way seems to depict manmade weapons of war... As some try to interpret here...Because they have a will of their own... And are described as having direct allegiance to a demonic leader... And have ascended from a literal pit! They seem to be horrifying in appearance and ability... Very different from ordinary locusts… With...Something "like" crowns on their heads...Faces similar to human appearance...Something "like" long hair...Powerful teeth "like" lions...Hard outer shells "like breastplates of iron...And tails that could sting with the pain of scorpions...
 
Interestingly... They bring Judgment to the people of the earth...For the exact length of time which the rains fell in Judgment in Noah's day! Five months... Or 150 days!
 
They have ONE MISSION... TO TORTURE... NOT kill...The inhabitants of the earth!
 
Please try to imagine...A time when demons in the crude form of mutated locusts...
Who are able to hide, fly, and get almost anywhere...With incredible intelligence...And horribly demented and evil intent...Who derive greatest pleasure from taunting, terrorizing and hurting...Lurking... Stalking… Hiding... Attacking every chance they can embrace...Using vicious teeth... And tails which give painful stings like scorpions! With the insidious desire to make you so scared and miserable that you would rather die... Than continue living in the fear and torment!
 
ALL... While you are often struggling for water and food...And often fighting for your life from other hostile members of society!
 
HAVE WE REACHED THE LEVEL OF HELL ON EARTH YET?
 
Thus far into the Tribulation... Not even half-way yet...War, earthquakes, meteorites, torrential hail, raining fire, atmospheric pollution, damage to water systems and power grids, destruction of oceanic trade...Make life a struggle just to find enough food or fresh water to even stay alive... In almost all of the world...
Society as a whole consists of: Self-caring, self-preserving, death and perversion loving, remnants left from the Rapture...And in some specific parts of the world…We see totally annihilation...Scorched bare... Pounded flat... Land and waters poisoned and/or radioactive...With the stench of millions of dead and rotting sea creatures floating offshore and washing onto beaches...
 
And NOW... On top of all of this… The FIRST WOE...A worldwide horror movie come to life...As everyone is stalked & tortured by demonic creatures at every turn...
We end tonight... With the Second "WOE" about to be unleashed...
 
I am asking everyone who has heard this message...And others like it before...To contemplate something more serious than life itself...It is true… That God will save millions out of the Tribulation torments...Some will not have heard the Gospel before at all...Some may have had limited or warped views…Distorting their thoughts...And if the heart of anyone TRULY turns to Christ...Because they TRULY love and want Him...They will NEVER be denied!
 
But LISTEN… As surely as we sit here right now...Many hear about these things from God's Word...And DO have good understanding of Who He is...
And What He's Paid for us all to have His Gift of Salvation...And DO KNOW He is REAL...And DO feel His PULL on your heart to live your life for the One WHO Made you! And yet... YOU PREFER TO CHOOSE YOUR OWN WAY...
YOUR OWN LIFE...Over the life you where CREATED to have IN HIM! Because you THINK your way is better! Because you truly love self more than God or others...
 
You have OPENLY, CONSCIOUSLY, HATEFULLY chosen not to love the One Who Loves you so passionately... And Gave His ALL for you!
 
In the coming days of trouble ahead... When those who love Him are called Home... And you are left here alone... With much conflict and resistance… I have to say to you...You very probably WILL BE one of those to whom THIS Passage refers...


 Listen so very carefully...
 
2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 (NKJV)
9  The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10  and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the LOVE of the truth, that they might be saved. 11  And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12  that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
 
This is a terribly frightening Passage!
 
God says if you openly chose not to love Him when you could truly know and serve Him now...He WILL purposefully harden your heart and cause you to be deceived into following the antichrist later...BECAUSE your decision to follow Him later…Would probably be motivated by self-preservation and greed anyway...And He will not accept your false claims of love...But rather... Will turn your heart to join those against Him...
And prepare you for destruction!
 
I am telling you... Begging you...To seriously look at why Jesus is so Wonderful & Deserving...Of ALL of your life and love... RIGHT NOW! And make a decision to live your life for the One Who made you... Trust His Ways as the Best Ways...
And learn that loving Him and others is so much better...Or YOU... WILL one day find yourself...
 
On the Wrathful... Unmerciful Side...Of the Most Powerful, Unstoppable, Fearsome God in the Universe...

And against His Own Desires and Wants...
He WILL place you among those we are reading about...
