Attempt great things for God!

Jonathan and his armour bearer faced overwhelming odds, his father's displeasure, massively superior arms and lived in times of low morale and defeatism, but none of this damped his determination to glorify God and see His Name vindicated. It may have looked like a suicide mission, a maverick's dangerous antics, a fool's errand, but God guided Jonathan and his man to set in train a sequence of events that lead to the crushing of the Philistines.
