The Wake Up Call
While pregnant with her second child, Caroline experienced a hormone shift―which she calls a deep darkness. Her aha moment came when she caught herself in the mirror and saw an exhausted, resentful, sad person. It was this vision that caused her dark cloud to start lifting.
