My brilliant guest this week is Amisha Ghadiali, yoga teacher and healer, sustainability and conscious living advocate and host of The Future is Beautiful podcast. Amisha is on a mission to make the world a better place by sharing the ancient wisdom of yoga and meditation to be truly transformative for her clients and community. Amisha and I met recently at an Allbright roundtable focused on eco anxiety and sustainability - we had so much to talk about that I knew we needed to bring the conversation onto the podcast. In this episode, we talk about Amisha’s journey from “9 to 5” aspirations to creating a life on purpose as a radical act. We discuss how to overcome eco anxiety and finding a way to reconnect in a high individualised society.
