Grizel is a Latinx mental health therapist, former van dweller, writer, thru hiker, photographer, and host of our team’s latest show, Underneath It All-- a series that dives deep into the spaces where the outdoors and mental health intersect. More than ever, we’ve seen the overt and profound need to keep the conversation around mental health going, which is why we are so thankful for folks like Grizel who not only bring professional insight and deep compassion into their work-- but also want to share their learnings and experiences so openly with others.

If you haven’t gotten to know a bit about Grizel yet, we figured this was as good of a time as any.
