In this podcast episode, I had the chance to speak with the beautiful Lisa Levang in Maui, Hawaiʻi. We discussed her new business called, Passion Nut, and how to navigate unknown territories as a food entrepreneur.

Lisa lives by the philosophy, we are what we eat and that most bodily problems can be cured with food. Eating is one of the biggest joys in her day! She loves to eat and feel good afterward. Lisa is on a mission to spread more awareness of food; she has embarked on a journey starting her own small food business selling a dairy-free sauce and cheese.

Growing up on the island of Maui, sustainability has been a huge motive for her to start a business and contribute to the local food market. Lisa is planning to sell her products at the farmers market and eventually at local grocery stores.
