Katelin Holloway is a senior people and culture executive and leader who brings a career-long passion for building scalable, inclusive institutional cultures to early stage and VC-backed companies, including Klout, Reddit and Initialized Partners. During her early profession life Katelin worked at Pixar Animation Studios in in Postproduction, Production, and Story on 17 different feature length and short films, including Ratatouille, Cars, Wall-E, Up, Toy Story 3, Cars 2, and Ponyo. She is also an Advisor on people and culture for multiple nonprofit organizations including Lattice, Mother Honestly, PeopleTech Partners, and Refresh Body. Lastly, she is well known for leading a comprehensive cultural turnaround at social news aggregator Reddit during a massive PR, recruiting, and retention crisis.
