Welcome back to Women in Music with Millie Cotton.

Did you know that only 5% of sound engineers are women?!

I spoke to one of the 5%, Noudle, for this week's episode. Noudle has looked after the sound for events/brands such as Boiler Room, Nike x Off White, Rinse FM and many more.

In this episode we chat about what exactly it is that a sound engineer does, how Noudle landed working for some of the global brands mentioned above and why we need to keep emphasising the importance of women within the music industry.

This series was recording during COVID-19, over the phone, but hopefully that doesn't detract anything from our conversation.
