From a university degree in History, to leading a team of 140 data professionals, Alison has faced many challenges in her career. In this episode, she shares how she came to realise that her unconventional way of approaching data-related problems is her strength. She also discusses the importance of understanding different personality profiles and ways of thinking to improve effectiveness and collaboration across teams.
