Fabulous Modern Cookies with Paul Arguin and Chris Taylor

This week we have the authors of Fabulous Modern Cookies, Chris Taylor and Paul Agruin. Chris and Paul are scientists who used their backgrounds to develop logical and reliable recipes that are baker friendly. The couple met through a mutual friend in 2009 and have been baking together ever since. Chris is a full-time epidemiologist and Paul Arguin is a double-board certified MD. Both are self-taught bakers and enjoy winning competitive baking championships. Their first book was, The New Pie: Modern Techniques for the Classic American Dessert.
