Sexual Harassment Begins at the Top

Powerful men are often blind. They don't see the far-reaching negative consequences of their own sexual harassing behavior. Just one of many unfortunate results is that now the entire downstream culture becomes more tolerant of sexual harassment and sexual misconduct. In the workplace, this is all part of illegal sexual discrimination. In politics, it is the perpetuation of treating women as second-class citizens. One solution: everybody needs to start speaking up whenever they see it.
