A Personal View of Immigration Reform

We are a nation of immigrants and this immigration is a large part of our strength. It takes a strong determined person like DARVI MENENDEZ to escape increasing violence of her ancestral home in Mexico, and move her family to a new life in America. Even then, the bumpy road from Illegal Alien to Green Card to Driver's License to Citizenship was far from the whole story. She also had to escape the domestic violence of a drug addicted husband. Yet her strength prevailed. She now tells us how.
