Parul is a registered dietician and licensed nutritionist working as a clinical dietician in outpatient nutrition services at WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh, NC. She specializes in autoimmune diseases, GI issues and intolerances, diabetes, and kidney diseases. She has lived in India, Africa, France, and various states in the US, which has given her a unique perspective on cultural food habits and nutrition.
