The Southern Illinois University System office has moved into space above Resource One at the corner of Fourth and Adams Streets.

A ribbon cutting and open house will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 21, at 12:30 p.m. for Tax Partners Holdings, 2060 W. Monroe St. Emmanuel "Manny" Davis, 24, has acquired the tax preparation and bookkeeping business founded by the late Don Fuener.
