A conversation with Dr. Gaetan Chevalier on Earthing.

I had heard about 'grounding' or Earthing as it's referred to now, but my knowledge had just scraped the surface, pun intended and in this conversation, Dr. Gaétan Chevalier and I discuss the many benefits surrounding Earthing as well as how our modern 'conveniences' have led to a body filled with more inflammation.

Over time, inflammation leads to a host of issues within the body and Dr. Chevalier will reveal to you how spending time with Mother Earth can impact you in a multitude of ways.

Dr. Gaétan Chevalier received his Ph.D. from the University of Montreal in Atomic Physics and Laser Spectroscopy. After 4 years of research at UCLA in the field of nuclear fusion, he became professor and Director of Research at the California Institute for Human Science (CIHS) doing research on human physiology and electrophysiology for 10 years. Dr. Chevalier is currently Visiting Scholar in the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health at UCSD. He has been Director of the Earthing Institute since its foundation in 2009 and he is also Director of Research at Psy-Tek Labs, a private lab on the campus of CIHS in Encinitas, California where he is currently Lead Faculty.
