The first season of With A Paddle comes to a close as we break down Season 1, Episode 13: Town For Sale.
In the final episode of the first season of Schitt’s Creek, the Rose’s are finally getting out of Schitt’s Creek, or so they think. Johnny manages to find a buyer for the town and works to close the deal quickly. Moira, David, and Alexis quickly begin to pack their bags and say their goodbyes to the townspeople.
Roland, who was at first wary of the buyer, ends up bonding with him and takes over the contract signing by making it another dinner party at the Schitt’s. The contract signing takes a turn for the worst when Andy has a little too much sex in a pan and is unable to seal the deal.
The Rose’s begin to awaken to the reality that they aren’t leaving the motel home just yet, except for David who already has Schitt’s Creek in his rear view.
