Solar Magick And Discernment With Spiritual Encounters

All too often I forget that balance creates a sort of harmony in my magickal practice and I leave out the Sun in my craft. I wanted to talk about solar magick and how it can be used. 

Before we get into that I’d like to take just a moment to address something that is a prominent subject in the spiritual and witchy communities lately due to all the chaos; discernment with spirits, spirit guides, and other things that go bump in the night. This will probably piss people off and that’s ok, but not all spirits that come to you are what they seem to be. I’m not saying this to scare you or to be some sort of gatekeeper. I’m saying this to help you keep yourself safe.  If someone ever tells you not to put up protection when doing witchcraft or any sort of energetic work then I would feel very cautious about interacting with them. Ask yourself this; what ‘bad’ could come from putting up boundaries? And this, what good could come from not putting those boundaries up? How could that benefit others? See what I’m getting at?
