Sorry not sorry, he really was a dbag.  I recognize the good that he did for Wicca and paganism information being distributed to the US and around the world but OMG he was a sexist pig. If you've read just a few of his 161 stinkin rules for his Wicca then you know he is a dbag. BUT...we do need to give him a little credit for being an outspoken ego maniac that had Wiccan and esoteric information published in papers and books so that others could learn an develop their own practice of Wicca or whatever flavor you like.
