[Kelly Fraser](http://www.kellyfrasermusic.com/) is a Winnipeg singer-songwriter, by way of Sanikiluaq, Nunavut. She's a Juno-nominated artist and a genuine star in her home territory.

With her upcoming record, "Decolonize", Kelly is set to bring her unique blend of English and Inuktitut vocals, socially and politically conscious lyrics, and infectious pop- and hip-hop-inspired sound to take over the rest of Canada as well.
