On our weekly news show with Chris Stafford is joined by Nancy Gillen from Inside the Games. We have the top stories from around the world of women’s sport. This week’s guest is Josie West, Founder and Director of She Flies, a social enterprise with the mission to grow and strengthen the global wave of women in extreme sports. With a focus on Kitesurfing, Wakeboarding and Surfing, we host Mini Festivals & Events, Global Coaching Camps, Virtual Events and a growing online support network, to reach women in any sport that presents a mental challenge.  It is our belief that in order to grow this wave, the feminine style in mind and body must be recognized in both coaching and celebration. Women learn in a unique way, through attention to detail and thorough inspection – and in order to create an equal footing for men and women in sport, we must recognize this in our coaching.
