Germany’s Isabell Werth has officially been named the most successful dressage rider ever and is truly a legend in the sport. Her illustrious career spans four decades with partners such as Gigolo  Anthony FRH, Satchmo, Fabienne, Warum Nicht FRH, El Santo NRW, Bella Rose, Don Johnson FRH, Emilio and Weihegold. Her medal tally is impressive by anyone’s standards with 10 Olympic medals, 7 World Championships, 13 European Championships, 14 German Championships —- and this season making it a hat trick of World Cup titles when she won the 2017 trophy in Omaha, Nebraska with the 10 year old mare Weihegold.
