About the Guest:

Maria is a senior TRE® and Neurogenic Yoga™ certification trainer. She has a background in Yoga, Chinese martial arts and Esalen massage. Maria has been training with Dr. Berceli since 2004 and teaching his work ever since. Over the past 15 years she taught TRE to thousands of people in the US, in Europe, in Canada, Asia and the Middle East. She assisted Dr. Berceli in numerous trainings in the US, South Africa, Brazil and Japan and she led hundreds of public workshops and over 100 certification trainings worldwide. Maria is also one of two creators of Neurogenic Yoga, the sister method of TRE. She is known for creating a supportive, compassionate, and humorous learning environment.
